3.3 If the refund is approved, Vaisld will notify the customer via email after completing the refund processing. Please note that the actual refund arrival time may vary between different payment institutions.
4. Refund Limitations
4.1 The following circumstances may affect the feasibility of refund:
a) The goods are artificially damaged in the hands of the customer;
b) The customer fails to contact the Vaisld customer service team within the specified time;
c) Returned merchandise is not eligible for refund.
